Estela C. Maury, 70, of Brownsville, TX, devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 30, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico on May 12, 1946.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Jose V. Ceballos and Eva T. Ceballos, a daughter: Maria Luisa Maury, and siblings: Raymundo and Jose Ceballos Jr. Left to cherish her memory is her husband: Luis Maury Sr., son: Luis Maury Jr., siblings: Rosalinda Parra (Mario Villarreal), and Eva C. (David) Gonzalez.
She was passionate about iniating programs for special needs kids. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Visitation will held on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 1-9 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 12 noon at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
