Guadalupe Ramon Ortiz Jr.

Guadalupe Ramon Ortiz Jr., 41, of Los Fresnos, TX, devoted son, brother, uncle, grandson, and friend entered eternal rest on Monday, October 23, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, Texas on January 27, 1982.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents Linda and Guadalupe Ortiz; his brother Jorge Adrian (Lianah) Ortiz; his nephews Liam Daniel Ortiz and Luca Andres Ortiz; his paternal grandmother Petra Guillermina Flores and his maternal grandfather Guilibaldo Torres; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2023, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. The chapel opens at 8:00 a.m. the following day, Friday, October 27, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Santa Cecilia Catholic Church located in Los Fresnos, Texas. Services to conclude the end of the mass.
