Manuel Victor Longoria, 57, of Brownsville, TX devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, great-uncle, and friend, entered eternal rest on October 08, 2023, in Brownsville, TX surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, TX on September 14, 1966.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roberto H. Longoria; and one brother, Robert Samuel Longoria.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Michelle Longoria; his mother, Maria Luisa Longoria; three beautiful daughters, Megan (Javier) Lopez, Melanie Longoria, and Miranda Longoria; his brothers, David Longoria, and Daniel Longoria; his brother in law James Albert (Rosell) San Miguel; his grandson Leonardo Lopez; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Manuel was a faithful man of God who loved and cared for his family deeply. He had a strong passion for fishing, cooking and was a lifelong Dallas Cowboys Fan. With his beautiful wife Michelle, it was truly love at first sight. The love he had for his children was like no other. He couldn’t have been happier when his first grandson was born. Leo was his pride and joy. He was an amazing friend and was described as humble, strong, faithful, and a kind soul. He will be loved and missed immensely every day. We know he is in heaven as our guardian angel watching over us.

A celebration of life will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023, with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services will conclude at the end of the evening.
