Armando Vargas Burgette, 68, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted husband, father, brother, and friend entered into eternal rest on March 24, 2023 at Spanish Meadows surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Guadalupe Burgette de Vargas and Cipriana Vargas; his wife Maria Guadalupe Vargas de Carrion; and his sister Juanita Vargas Pecina.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Rosa Peña de Vargas; children Armando Vargas, Veronica Vargas, Arturo Vargas, Alfonso Vargas, and Jose Tovar; brothers Guadalupe Vargas, Antonio Vargas, and Eduardo Vargas.
He loved working on cars and he loved music, especially when we played music he loved to dance.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 4PM to 8PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
