Andrew Lee Torres, 21, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend, entered into eternal rest on March 14, 2023, in Brownsville, Texas. He was born in Brownsville, Texas, on November 29, 2001.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Leonardo A. Torres; grandmother Maria G. Torres; and his grandfather Ramon Fragoso Torres.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents Raymond and Martha Torres; siblings Julia G., Martha G., Bell T., Jennifer T., Denise T., Raymond T. III, and Joshua T.; brothers-in-law: Carlos G., and Marshall G.; nieces and nephews Mila G., Audri G., Marshall G., Aiden G., and Carlos G.

Andrew was a fun, loving, and caring son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved baseball, cars, and enjoyed spending time relaxing at the beach. In his spare time, he enjoyed taking his mom out to eat and running errands with his dad. He also enjoyed playing with his nieces and nephews and teaching them how to play catch. One of Andrew’s playful moments was him and his little sister playing pranks on each other and just spending most of their time laughing and being silly. He also enjoyed traveling to visit his two sisters and brothers-in-law in Virginia and Florida. He had a passion for food and working out. Andrew will be greatly missed. His memory and lasting impressions will forever remain a treasure in our hearts.

Visitation is scheduled for Monday, March 20, 2023, from 1PM to 8PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation continues Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 12PM with a chapel service at 2PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Interment to follow at 3PM at Buena Vista Burial Park.
