Donaciano B. Torres was born on May 24, 1923, in Canoas, San Luis Potosi. He had been a long resident of Brownsville, Texas and became a United States Citizen. Mr. Donaciano B. Torres passed away in the comfort of his home at the age of 97 on Friday, August 7, 2020.
Donaciano B. Torres is survived by his loving wife of seventy- four years Onesima Torres, his eight children and one granddaughter who they raised as their own. Gabina Martinez (Elpidio+), Evaristo Torres (San Juana), Eusebia Rivera (Jacinto+), Maria Gloria Torres, Manuel Torres (Dominga), Alicia Gonzalez (Hector), Martin Torres, Maria Ramos (Manuel), Gloria V. Garza (Miguel).
Mr. Torres also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, Federico Guevara (Alejandra), Emmanuel Ramos, Yesima Torres, Cosme De Jesus Torres, Tomas E. Torres (Yesenia), Julio Rivera (Mariam), Maria Rivera (Andy), Emily Ortiz (William), Yesenia Rivera (Paul), Giovanna Giesser (Jeromie), Danielle Gonzalez, Crystal Stephens (Randall), Teresa Lopez (Carlos), Melissa Ortiz (Emmanuel), Emmanuel Torres, Derek Torres, Rodolfo Martinez, Juanita Martinez, Gustavo Martinez, Elpidio Martinez, Claudia Martinez, Jose Ramon Torres and Ramon Torres.
A funeral service will be held on August 11, 2020 from 1-4 and Rosary at 6pm at Sunset Funeral Home.
