Jose Eulalio “Lalo†Pecina, 48, of Brownsville, Texas, entered into eternal rest with the Lord on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas. Jose E. Pecina is preceded in death by his loving parents Jose Eulalio Pecina Sr. and Juanita Vargas Pecina; brother, Sergio Pecina.

Jose E. Pecina “Lalo†is survived by his fiancé, Blanca Rivera; brothers, Roberto (Katie) Pecina, Marcos (Yvonne) Pecina, Luis (Cindy) Pecina, Jose Angel (Gaby) Pecina, Yasmin Pecina; fourteen nephews, Roberto Jr. (Amanda), Angel Jr., Luis Jr., Orlando, Fabian, Arturo, Sergio, Jacob, Ivan, Shantal, Ximena, Maria Fernanda, Layla, Caleb and many other friends.

Jose E. Pecina “Lalo†was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas on August 25, 1971. Lalo was employed with the Home Depot for several years where he enjoyed spending time with his co-workers and at the same time enjoyed helping other people. He was very family oriented and humorous individual. He was a devoted son to his mother, brothers and nephews who always enjoyed making them laugh. He enjoyed spending time with the family whether it was barbecuing or watching his favorite soccer team “Las Aguilas Del Americaâ€. He was a strong person who was never negative, but always believed in GOD.

He will always be remembered as a kindhearted soul who loved his family and friends.
