MARGARITA SURIA

Margarita Suria De Rivas, of Brownsville TX, entered into eternal rest on October 24, 2025 in Brownsville, Texas and was surrounded by her loving family. She was born in El Salvador on June 10, 1935.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Marcelino Rivas, Manuel Suria (son), Julio Suria (son), Ricardo Suria (son)
She is survived by her devoted daughter Ana Margarita Vasquez, son in law Casimiro Vasquez; her grandchildren, Alma Rivas and husband David Bushor, Vilma Banos and husband Abraham Banos, and great grandchildren, Katelynn Flores, Celeste Rojas, Arilyn Flores and Diego Rojas, located in Brownsville, Texas, and the rest of her children, Juan Suria, Oscar Suria, Roxanna Suria, Isabel Suria, Rene Suria, Kathalina Suria and Marcelino Suria Jr., and a total of four brothers and sisters, who are in various parts of the country and in El Salvador.
Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, October 26th, 2025, from 1:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
On Monday, October 27th, the chapel opens at 10:00 a.m. A chapel service will be held at 12:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow to Guillen Community Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
