She later made her home in Lindsey, Ohio; Green Springs, Ohio; Fremont, Ohio; and finally Brownsville, Texas.
She retired in Brownsville with her daughter Esther and Daniel—held in care, held in love.

During her retirement, Liliana Vega walked beside her for five years—faithfully, quietly, and with deep care.
In her final three years, Guadalupe Elisabeth Flores joined in that care—gentle, devoted, and present.
In her final days, Miguel Ruiz of Our Caring Hands Hospice offered dignity and presence, guiding her with grace.

The loss is deep and profound for every life she touched.
Her life is a testament. Her presence, still ongoing. Her legacy, already written.
