Minerva (Minnie) Ammons, of Brownsville, Tx, devoted wife, sister and friend, entered into eternal rest, August 17, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 23, 1955.
She is preceded in death by Father, Gregoria Partida, Mother Frances Betz, Sister Anita Estrada, and Brothers Martin and Angel Partida.
Left to Cherish her memory is her husband of 37 yrs Omar Ammons, her sisters Elvia Perez, Diana Saldivar, Hilda Espinoza, and Delma Almazan.
She loved to listen to Music.
A faithful viewer of “The Young and the Restless”.
Never left home without putting on her “face” (like she would say)
She always had a smile on her face and was always in a good mood.
And like a mother to so many.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22nd, 2025, with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm. Services will conclude at the end of the evening.
