Dimas De Leon Jr.

Dimas De Leon Jr., 38, of Brownsville, devoted son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin and friend, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 14, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, Texas on December 3,1986.

He was a computer wiz, he was a sports fan, and a video game enthusiast.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Carlos De Leon Sr.; his uncle Carlos De Leon Jr.; and his cousins Jose Angel De Leon Jr., Monica De Leon, and Javier Carlos De Leon.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Natalia De Leon and his father Dimas De Leon Sr. (Connie); his sister, Veronica De Leon and his brother Daniel De Leon; his nieces, Nadia Apollonia Delgado, Helena Hilda De Leon, Scarlett Emily De Leon; his uncles Jose Angel De Leon Sr. (Janie), Santos Alejandro De Leon (Rosalinda), Ricardo De Leon (Mara Teresa), Eduardo De Leon (Sylvia) –  all residents of Brownsville Texas; his aunts Maria D. Bazaldua (Salvador) from San Antonio TX, Rosie De Leon from San Antonio TX, Isabel De Leon from Los Fresnos TX, and Lupita De Leon from Brownsville, TX; and his cousins Alex De Leon, Eddie De Leon, Carlos Bazaldua, Selina Cortinas, Sal Bazaldua, Melissa De Leon, Erica De Leon, Jessica Rodriguez, Vanessa Ortiz, Fatima De Leon, Jaime De Leon, Jessie De Leon, Laura De Leon, Angie Gutierrez, and Omar De Leon.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 with a Prayer Service commencing at 5:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services conclude at the end of the evening.

    Mijo,,you were one of my sons I never had!! I will never forget you!! who will fix my laptop now? I have so many memories of you when you were small and now that you were older that I will treasure forever!! I love you forever mijo!!
