Alfredo Arnaldo Carrero, 86, of Los Fresnos, Texas, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on February 17, 2025, at his Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Havana, Cuba on January 10, 1939.
He is preceded in death by his parents Antonia Carrero and Arturo Torres; son Daniel Carrero; siblings Jose Carrero and Onelia Carrero.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Argentina Carrero; his children Alex Aviles (Maria Aviles), Joel Carrero (Lydia Carrero). grandchildren Servio, Abigail, Alexander.
Visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral home on Sunday, February 23, 2025, beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 3:00 PM. Services will conclude at the end of the evening and Mr. Carerro will be transferred to Atlanta, Georgia.
