Esperanza Flores, 72, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted mother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest on December 2, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Mexico in September of 1952.
Esperanza was preceded in death by her parents, Aurelio and Evangelina Flores; a sister, Elsie Edith Alcalá; and a son, David Treviño.
She is survived by her daughter, Elma Treviño; and her brothers and sister Hector Javier Flores, José Aurelio Flores, and Mayra Azeneth González.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024 with a prayer service at 5:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services conclude at the end of the evening.
