Raul Leal Garza, 62, of Brownsville, TX, devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on August 23, 2024, at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born in Mexico, on March 23, 1962.
He is preceded in death by his parents Mauricio Leal Cantu and Maria de Los Angeles Garza Vega and a brother Martin Jaime Leal Garza.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Rosa E. Leal; his children Raul Leal, Brian Leal, and Sonia Leal; his grandchildren Ghael A. Leal, Sofia A. Leal, Mateo D. Leal, Lucia S. Leal, Angelina P. Martinez, Kimberly V. Martinez, Isaias Landaverde, Isack Landaverde, and Mario A. Rodriguez; his brothers and sisters Maria H. Leal Garza, Rosa E. Leal Garza, Guadalupe Leal, Pablo Leal, Aristeo Leal, Mauricio Leal, and San Juanita Leal.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services conclude at the end of the evening.
