Ramon Adolfo Villarreal Ramos, 80, of Olmito, Texas, devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 19, 2024 in Mexico, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Mexico on September 21, 1943.
He is preceded in death by his father Adolfo Villarreal Garza and his mother Julia Ramos Segura; his daughter Esmeralda Villarreal; his siblings Luis Cardenas Ramos, Juan Cardenas Ramos, Francisco Cardenas Ramos, Enrique Villarreal Ramos, and Elda Evelia Villarreal Ramos.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Teresa Villarreal; his five children Ramon Villarreal, Rodolfo Villarreal, Gilberto Carranza, Elda E. Villarreal, and Elizabeth Villarreal; and his grandchildren Humberto Lugo, Emily Lugo, Luis De Ochoa, Ramon Villarreal, Ricardo Villarreal, Natali Villarreal, Eric Villarreal, Gilberto Carranza Jr., Alejandro Carranza, Alexis Carranza, and Chelsea Carranza; his siblings Argelio Villarreal Ramos, Adelaida Valdez, and Oscar Villarreal Ramos.
Visitation will be held from 2:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024, with recitation of The Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services resume on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. at Our Heavenly Father Catholic Church in Olmito, TX and interment is to follow at 1:00 p.m. to Buena Vista Burial Park.
