Byron Lorenzo Green, 44, of Brownsville, TX, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered eternal rest on June 23, 2024, at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Corinto, Nicaragua on April 14, 1980.

Byron Green Loved Life!!! He was able to bring joy to those around him, he was a blessed man with Favor and Grace. He was a music lover and aficionado, easy going and had a special ability to make friends no matter where he was.  He was resourceful always ready to give a hand, the kind of man who would find music in life. He was a man of peace, he was a fighter, and resilient, unfortunately he lost his battle.  He now rests in peace. Psalm 31:24

He is preceded in death by his mother Lastenia Maria Venegas Murillo and dad Enrique Barrientos.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Jeannette Yvonne Verduzco; his children Joseph Martinez, Candice Marie Green, Joyce Sotello, Michael Boyd and Sofia Jackeline Nino; his granddaughter Adalette Aviani Lerma; and his siblings Salomon Z. Green, Ruth Barrientos, Lucy Mireles, and Mandy B. Sundin.

Visitation is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. Services will conclude at the end of the evening.

    My condolences to the family. May god give you comfort and strength during this difficult time. You will always be kept in our thoughts and I will also carry beautiful memories when you would come to our house and play. Goodbye hurts the most, when the story wasn’t finished fly high .RIP
