Julio Coronado of Brownsville, Texas, devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, Texas, on December 23, 1934.
He is preceded in death by his parents Julio J. Coronado and Bertha Ramos Coronado; and by his wife Francisca Coronado.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons Julio J. Coronado of Brownsville, TX and David Coronado of Granbury, TX; his siblings Dolores Gonzales of Corpus Christi, TX, Esperanza Rosas of Crowley, TX, Bertha O. Coronado of Houston, TX, Hilda Soto of Brownsville, TX and Antonio Juan Coronado of Brownsville, TX; 6 granchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

So sorry that we did not get to say Goodbye, may you rest in peace! I do have memories of our Train trip to Colorado, Springs, going to meet Dad who was station in the Army. It took us a couple of days to get there, I was only three or four years old but it seems like it was just recently. You and Mike started horsing around and you ended up falling and suffered a small cut on your head, started bleeding and Mom panicked but also got so mad at both of you boys. Our sister, Ramona and I started crying, now I’m 85 years old and can still remember. Love you Brother
