Raul G. Salazar, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 4th, 2024, at the age of 70. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Raul is survived by his devoted wife, Hilda Salazar, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and companionship. He will be deeply missed by his sons Raul Salazar Jr., John Salazar and wife Marie Sayas, Michael Salazar and Wife Chelsea Salazar, who were not only his children but also his pride and joy.

In addition to his immediate family, Raul leaves behind a treasured legacy through his grandchildren, John M. Salazar, Yazmine Salazar, Michael A. Salazar Jr., and Meadow J. Salazar. He took immense joy in watching them grow and flourish, and his love for them knew no bounds.

Raul is preceded in death by his mother, Eva Garza.

Raul will be remembered for his unwavering kindness, his generous spirit, and his dedication to his family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Visitation to celebrate Raul’s life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024 with a recitation of The Holy Rosary 6:00 p.m., Military Honors 7:00 p.m. and First Responders Last Call at 7:30 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services will conclude at the end of the evening.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
