Joe Ibarra, 57, of Brownsville, TX, devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered rest on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, TX on April 10, 1966.
Joe was a long time, avid Brownsville fisherman.
He is preceded in death by his parents Maria de Jesus Ibarra and Eluterio Elio Sepulveda; his brothers Elio Sepulveda, Juan Martinez, Ramon Ibarra; his sisters Juanita Martinez and Ma. Gudalupe Ibarra.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving children Daniel Ibarra and Joe Ibarra Jr.; his 3 grandchildren; and his 3 sisters Maria Martinez, Rosie Carmona, and Consuelo Ibarra.
