Andres Pérez Jr., of Brownsville, TX, entered into the glory of his eternal rest on Sunday, February 25, 2024, in San Pedro Garza Garcia, NL, Mexico, surrounded by his loving family.

Andres was born in Brownsville, TX, on November 27, 1978, to Gloria Cuellar and Andres Q. Perez.

Left to honor his memory is his wife, Vanessa Pérez, whom he shared 23 years of marriage with; his parents, Gloria C. and Andres Q. Pérez; one daughter, Vanessa Alessandra Pérez; two sons, Andrés Alejandro Pérez and Manolo Sebastián Pérez; two sisters, Sandra (Ruben) Cortez and Teresita Pérez-Garza (Jason Daniel); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Andres was a loving and devoted husband, unconditional father, hardworking patriarch, honorable son, unfailing brother, and cherished uncle. Mr. Pérez was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying his time out on his boat and fishing with his family and friends. All those lucky enough to have known Andres will miss him tremendously and remember him with fondness. May he find everlasting peace, enveloped by God’s loving arms.

Visitation is scheduled between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume from 9:00 a.m. until funeral procession departure time of 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 29, 2024, with the Mass of Resurrection commencing at 2:00 p.m. at Saint Eugene de Mazenod Catholic Church. Committal service will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park at approximately 3:00 p.m.
