Judith Amaro Perez, 52, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was born in Brownsville, TX on January 21, 1972.
She is preceded in death by her mother Maria de la Luz Amaro; her beloved dog “Bubbles”; her grandmother Georgina Torres; her uncle Juan Torres; and her niece Amanda Guerrero.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, David Lee Perez (Jennifer) and Michelle Lee Perez; her sisters Dalia Valdez (Roberto), Maribel Garza (Aurelio), Sehila Garcia (Reynaldo), Edith Calderon (Ramon), and Aneth Amaro; 10 Nephews, 16 great nephews and her dog “Mascho”.
Visitation is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2024, with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. On Monday, February 19, 2024, a Chapel Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens at 1:00 p.m.
