Cesar Armando Morales, 44, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, Texas on April 15, 1979.
He is preceded in death by his father Jose Ruben Morales; and his brother Gabriel Edwardo Morales.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Chrystal Ann Cisneros Morales; his children Desiree Ann Garcia, Abel David Garcia, Destiny Joelye Cisneros, Cesar Armando Cisneros Jr., Devin Alfonso Morales, and Danna Marie Morales; his grandchildren Leila Hope Garcia, Rose Mary Ann Garcia and Hailey Marie Flores; his mother Josefina Morales Navarro; and his siblings Jose Ruben Morales, Maria Del Carmen Morales, Jesus Alejandro Morales, and Edgar Narciso Morales.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2024, with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services conclude at the end of the evening.
