Juan Antonio Vela, 75, of Brownsville, Tx, brother, and friend, entered eternal rest on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas on March 04, 1948.
He is preceded in death by his father Antonio Vela Perez and his mother Maria de los Angeles Vela.
Left to cherish his memory are his sisters Sandra Ramos, Leticia Almaguer, and Ana Mireles; and his nephews.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 03, 2023, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services will conclude at the end of the evening.
