My sincerest condolences to Chef Chacon’s family. He was so admired and loved by all of us at Fort Brown Hotel. I’ll never forget he made a beautiful Sesame Street cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday cake 30 years ago. And I ‘ll never forget his beautiful ice sculptures and delicious cream horns. Such an honor to work with such a talented man. Rest in peace Chef Chacon. Heaven has gained another angel. ????????????
