Gaspar Cisneros Jr., 62, of Brownsville, TX, devoted father, uncle, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Valley Baptist Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, TX, on June 16, 1961.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Francisca Cisneros, and his father, Gaspar Cisneros.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Joanna Cisneros, and his son, James Cisneros. He will be greatly missed.
Gaspar was known as “DJ Casper†by his many fans of his DJ business and as “Casper the Friendly Ghost†to many others. To his family, he was a dear father and friend who loved his family, music, motorcycles, and the Dallas Cowboys.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, July 22, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic church, located at 2800 Rockwell Drive, Brownsville, TX 78521.
The burial ceremony will follow from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens, located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Road, Brownsville, TX, 78526.
