Linda Lozano de Muñoz, 84, of Brownsville, TX, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest, Monday, June 26th, 2023, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville, TX surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Mexico on May 12, 1939.
She is preceded in death by her parents Graciano Lozano Lozano and Virginia Elizondo de Lozano; her husband Ruben Muñoz; and sister Josefa Lozano.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters; Belia (Eusebio Cardenas+) Cardenas, Lydia (Baltazar) Montes, and Linda (Jorge) Chavez; her son Ruben (Jazmin) Muñoz; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her brother Jesus (Mary) Lozano; and sisters Ernestina (Jose) Garza and Maria Elvia (Eliseo+) Lozano.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, June 29th, 2023, from 12PM to 8PM with a Prayer Service at 6PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. On Friday, June 30th, 2023, chapel opens at 8:00 AM with a Chapel Service at 9:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home followed by Interment at 10AM at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
