Our family is at a loss for words with the passing of this amazing man, husband, father, brother, and to many….friend. For the past 20 plus years, Jaime was always the first person we hugged every summer (unless we saw Cindy first!) when we arrived at Ocean Vista. Every summer, we were lucky enough to have many talks with Jaime throughout our stay. We got to know about Jaime and his love for his family and friends. He always took the time to visit with us no matter what he was doing. To me, Jaime was like my “summer brother”. In fact he would often refer to me as his “older sister”! He was such a good listener…..when talking to him he always looked you in the eyes and had a beautiful smile to go with that look. Jaime will be missed by so many. The Gibbs family will forever be changed by knowing this wonderful man and will always feel humbled that he called us friend.
