Daniel Garza

Daniel Garza, 45, of San Benito, Texas, devoted son, father, brother, grandfather, and friend entered into eternal rest on May 8, 2022, at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen surrounded by his loving family.

He is preceded in death by his mother Yolanda R. Garza.

Left to cherish his memory is his father Severo E. Garza; children Jose M. (Ivy Bautista) Garza and Kathryn (Brandon Becerra) Garza; three grandchildren Melovy Jo Garza, Miguel Guadalupe Garza, and Brandon Becerra Jr.; siblings Celia Cabrera, Petra Chapa, Isabel G. Vivero and Severo Garza Jr.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022, from 1PM to 8PM with a prayer service at 6PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation continues Monday, May 16, 2022, at 10AM with a chapel service at 12PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 1PM at Gomez Cemetery.
