Jose Rodriguez Cabrera, 66, of Los Fresnos, Texas, devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend entered into eternal rest on April 22, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jeronimo and Aurelia Rodriguez.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Maria R. Rodriguez; children Jeronimo Rodriguez, Rafael (Jessica) Rodriguez, Vanessa (Jorge Alvarado) Rodriguez, Selene (Bervick Simon) Rodriguez; siblings Eleuterio Rodriguez, Ysidra Banda, Isabel Rodriguez, Maria Elena Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, and Delfina Rodriguez; and 5 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022, starting at 1PM at 31363 Tract 43 Rd. in Los Fresnos with a 24-hour vigil. Funeral mass will be Friday, April 29, 2022, at 2PM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church with burial to follow at 3PM at El Molino Cemetery. Our love and prayers are lifting you up today and the days to come. Mr. Rodriguez will be truly missed and I know our grandsons will be missing him dearly.
We pray that when we all get to Heaven, we will enjoy some good food and good laughs with Mr. Rodriguez as I am finding out, he was a very joyful man to be around.
