Aurelia Garcia de Rojas

Aurelia Garcia de Rojas, 83 years old, was born on August 12, 1938 in Yerba Bueno, Queretaro, Mexico. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend. Aurelia was called to Heaven on Sunday February 20, 2022 in Brownsville, Texas.  

She is preceded in death by her husband Juan Rojas, parents Agustin Garcia and Anselma Rojo, and brother and sisters Jova Soto, Antonio Garcia and Hermila Garcia. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children 6 daughters and 4 sons, 51 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022, from 12PM to 8PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 12PM on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at 1PM at Guillen Community Cemetery. Services are under the guidance of Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Crematory & Flower Shop.
