Antonio L. Reyes Sr., 69, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend entered into eternal rest on February 11, 2022 at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico on May 19, 1952.
He is preceded in death by his parents Genoveva Lopez and Carlos Reyes; siblings Victoria Reyes Lopez, and Albina Reyes Lopez.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Belia Reyes; children Carlos (Oneida) Reyes, Robert (Marsella) Reyes, Antonio (Joanna) Reyes Jr., and Norma (Sacramento) Ortega; siblings Esperanza Garcia, Francisca Galvan, and Guadalupe Reyes; grandchildren Noah, Ava, Noemi, Eliza, Ashley, Eileen, Sarah, and Emily.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 2PM to 8PM with a prayer service at 6PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation continues on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 10AM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with a chapel service at 12PM. Interment will follow at 1PM at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Carlos Reyes, Robert Reyes, Antonio Reyes Jr., Sacramento Ortega, Amado Martinez, and Victor A. Bouchot.
