Sra. Maria de Jesus “Chucha†Lozano, 85, falleció Enero 8, 2022, en Harlingen Nursing & Rehabilitation. Nacida en H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, pero orgullosa de convertise en Ciudadana Americana, muy trabajadora, Catolica, Bailadora, dedicada 100% a sus hijas despues de enviudar.  Amaba a toda su Familia!

Esposo Rafael Lozano Duran(†), 2 hijas Anita Lozano Galarza, (Jesus Galarza), y Nora Lozano Michaels, (Wayne Michaels), nietos Ing. Jose de Jesus Galarza, Ing. Rafael Galarza(†), and Doctor of Pharmacy Jessica Ann Michaels; sus Padres Jesus Guzman(†) Maria Ramirez(†), hermanos/as Maria Saldivar(†), Guadalupe Gallegos(†), Rafael Guzman(†), Adela Cisneros(†), Abelina Guzman, Angelica Zamarripa, Irene Ramirez, Jesus Guzman(†), sobrinos, amigos/as, y demas familiares.

Servicio de crematorio nadamas, como lo pidio., llevarla a la Parroquia de Nuestra Senora de San Juan, Matamoros, Tams., Cripta Santo Tomas 1-2, pendiente dia y fecha! Se les avisara proximamente de una misa!

Maria de Jesus Maria “Chucha†Lozano (Guzman) 85, passed away on January 8, 2022, in Harlingen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her husband Rafael Lozano Duran; parents Jesus Guzman and Maria Ramirez; grandson Eng. Rafael Galarza; siblings Maria Saldivar, Guadalupe Gallegos, Rafael Guzman, Adela Cisneros, and Jesus Guzman. She was born in H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. However, she was immensely proud of becoming a U.S. Citizen. Furthermore, she was a very hard worker, a devoted catholic, loved dancing, and dedicated her life 100% to her daughters after she became a widow. Left to cherish her memory are her children Anita Lozano Galarza (Jesus Galarza), Nora Lozano Michaels (Wayne Michaels); grandchildren Eng. Jose de Jesus Galarza, and Doctor of Pharmacy Jessica Ann Michaels; siblings Abelina Guzman, Angelica Zamarripa, and Irene Ramirez. Also surviving numerous nephews, friends, and other family members.

As per her wishes she will be cremated. Inurnment will be held in La Parroquia de Nuestra Senora de San Juan in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Cripta Santo Tomas I-2 on a later date. Also, a memorial mass will be held in Brownsville, Texas on a later date.
