Kenia A. Gomez, 26, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in Brownsville, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her father Felipe Gomez Zapata.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Julian Sauceda and Romina Rivera; mother Maria Isabel Hurtado; siblings Saraisabel Gomez, Miguel Alejandro Gomez and Laura Gomez. Also surviving numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 1 PM to 8 PM with a prayer service at 6 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation continues on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 8 AM with a chapel service at 9 AM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 10 AM at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
