Victor Juan Saldaña, 70, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend entered into eternal rest on September 30, 2021 at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Victor Saldaña and Nereida Garcia; son Julio Cesar Saldaña; siblings Juan Victor, Francisco Nain, and Rosario.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Julia Flores Saldaña; daughter Nereyda Bustinza (Rolando); siblings Margarita Saldaña Alvarez, and Jesus Adolfo Saldaña Garcia; grandchildren Kayla Leal, Izaac, Izaai, Ixzel Bustinza, and Julio Cesar Saldaña; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 1 PM to 8 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary 7 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel opens at 10 AM on Thursday, October 7, 2021 with a chapel service at 12 noon with burial to follow at 1 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park. It’s a sad day to hear the news of Victor had passed away today by Co workers cause we both worked at the same store.And known him since the Hinojosa era.Also his grandson J.C.and my grandson Oliver use be in the same baseball team.May you rest in peace Victor,were going to miss you.R.I.P.
