Ana Lidia Sanchez, born March 22, 1965, in Mexico City, D.F., died on September 29, 2021, in Brownsville, Texas. Ana was preceded in death by her mother and father, and is survived by her only child, a son, Carlo Giovani Castillo Sanchez, his wife, Angeles Pacheco and grandchildren Elias Castillo Pacheco and Fernanda Castillo Pacheco.
She is also survived by her long-time friend Sister Esther Rodriguez, O.P. (Chaplin/Director of Pastoral Care Services, Valley Regional Hospital, dear friend, Danny Wegner, the church she loved and so-many who called her friend.
Ana loved her two dogs: Rocco and Panda.

Ana, a woman of faith, loved her God, His people and just about all who came across her path! We will all miss her greatly, but recognize her present joy is beyond our ability to imagine.
Memorial Service will be held at Vineyard Church Brownsville, 1200 Mackintosh Drive, at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, the 9th of October.
