Joaquina Gonzalez Garcia, 86, of Brownville, Texas, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on July 20, 2021, at Valley Baptist Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her husband Rogerio Garcia; parents Juan Gonzalez, and Lupita Garcia; children Alberto Garcia, and Guadalupe Garcia; siblings Rafael Gonzalez, Jose Luis Gonzalez, Pilo Gonzalez, and Bandilio Gonzalez.
Left to cherish her memory is her Children Jose (Victoria) Villarreal, Oscar Garcia, Juan Garcia, and Graciela Gonzalez (Armando Zuniga†); siblings Idolina Gonzalez, Tomasa Gonzalez, and Guadalupe Gonzalez.
 Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021, from 1 PM to 7 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel service will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at 11 AM at Guillen Community Cemetery.
