Jesus M. Gonzalez of 77, Brownsville Tx, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on June 26, 2021, at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico on June 16, 1944.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Abel Gonzalez and Caritina Medrano.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Maria C. Gonzalez;2 sons, Jesus (Jennifer Lynn) Gonzalez Jr, and Paul Gonzalez; grandchildren Jose Jesus Gonzalez, and Victoria A. Gonzalez; his sister Frances Arriazola.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, from 1 to 8PM with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. On Thursday, July 01, 2021, Chapel opens at 12PM with a chapel service at 2:00PM. Interment with to follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
