Abel Rodriguez Medrano, 50, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend entered into eternal rest on June 18, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Tamaulipas, Mexico on August 30, 1970. He is preceded in death by his father Abel Rodriguez Sr.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Telma E. Rodriguez; mother Amalia Medrano; children Abel Rodriguez, Jessica Rodriguez, and Arturo Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2021, from 1 to 8 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021, at 11:30 AM at San Felipe De Jesus Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the end of the funeral mass.
