Joel Antonio Vasquez Valencia 65, of Los Fresnos Tx, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on February 8, 2021 at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas on July 13, 1955. He is preceded in death by his parents Pedro Vasquez Rios and Maria Vasquez Valencia; sister Maria Vazquez.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Rosa Martha Vazquez; children Juan Luis Vasquez, Joel Antonio Vasquez Jr, Cintia Elizabeth Vasquez, Daniel Vasquez and, Pedro Alberto Vasquez; siblings Daniel Vasquez Valencia, Juan Vasquez Valencia, Leonel Vasquez Valencia, Pedro Jr. Vásquez Valencia, Jorge Vásquez Valencia, Nery Vásquez Valencia, Zulema Vásquez Valencia, Viola Vásquez Valencia, Sonia Vásquez Valencia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 15, 2021 from 2 to 7 PM with a prayer service at 6 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Tuesday February 16, 2021 at 8 AM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 9:00 AM at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
