Juan Arturo Ramirez 63, of Brownsville, Texas devoted husband, father, brother, son, uncle, and friend, entered into eternal rest on February 1, 2021 at Valley Baptist Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents Maria Rosenda Lopez and Antonio Ramirez.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Ofelia Ramirez; children Janet Ramirez, Hector Uballe, Brenda Ramirez, Yessenia Resendiz, Jesus Resendiz, Angela Resendiz; 12 grandchildren, siblings, Martha Elena, Mario Alberto, Minerva, Carolina, and Antonio Jr. Also surviving numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 1 to 7 PM with Military Honors to follow at 5:30 PM and a prayer service at 6 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services will conclude at the end of the evening. Services are under the guidance of Sunset Memorial funeral Home, Crematory & Flower Shop (956) 350-8485

Tio, you will be missed. I sit here today and think back on the moments we had. Although they weren’t many I cherish all the time you would give me a hard time and would call me “India”. To our family members who are morning this loss I pray the Lord be with you during this difficult time and you find peace knowing that he’s no longer in pain and is in heaven with grandpa and grandma.
