Maria Torres Torres

Maria Torres Torres, 83, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on September 15, 2020 at Spanish Meadows surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her parents Pilar Torres and Teodora Tejada; her husband Jose Guadalupe Torres; children Leonel Torres; daughter in law Janie Torres; son in law Elias Saldivar; siblings Anthony, Lucio and Alberto Torres.

Left to cherish her memory is her children Ernest (Blanca) Torres, Reynaldo (Celia) Torres, Leonel+ (Margarita) Torres, Herlinda T. (Elias+), Noel (Andrea Gioiona) Torres, and Maria Guadalupe Ahumada; grandchildren Cynthia Marie, Saul O. Solis, Melissa Christina Torres, Reynaldo Torres Jr., Alfonso Castillo, Alejandro A. Rocha, Nicholas A. Rodriguez, Debra Torres, Elias Jr. (Nicole) Saldivar, Eloy (Dalia) Gutierrez, Valeria (Sean) Longoria, Elias Jr. III, Nathan, Daisy I., Eloy E. Aiden S., Victoria R., Victor N. Gonzalez, Noel S. Torres, Paulina R. Torres, Cristian C. Torres, Annasofia Torres, Mario d. (Isabel) Ahumada, Matthew (Lorena Chapa) Ahumada, Christopher (Elena) Ahumada, Robert Ahumada, Joshua Ahumada, Paulina Nicole, Mario Antonio, Mathew Jr., Miranda, Marc, Christopher Jr., Nick Vinny, Alberto, and Alfonso.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 from 1 to 7 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 10 AM at San Pedro Catholic Church with burial to follow at El Carmen Cemetery.
