Fernando Maldonado Chavez 83 of Brownsville, Texas devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend entered into eternal rest July 28, 2020 at Valley Baptist Medical Center. He was born in Valles, San Luis Potosi on September 18, 1936. He is preceded in death by his wife Consuelo Maldonado and grandson Alberto Balli Jr.
Left to cherish his memory are sons Rodolfo Maldonado, Roberto (Julia) Maldonado, daughters Maria Elena Balli, Belia (Ernesto) Zamorano; grandchildren Rodolfo Jr, Valeria, Abihail, Karina, Ernesto Jr, Vanessa and Enrique; great grandchildren Kevyn, Brianna, Amber, Claudio and Camila.
Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday August 12, 2020 from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. with prayer service at 6:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel service is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at 4:00 p.m. at Buena Vista Burial Park.
