Fidel A. Lopez, 92, of Brownsville, Texas, devoted father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Aurora House Hospice surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brownsville, Texas on January 15, 1928. He is preceded in death by his wife Ofelia Flores Lopez, son Fidel Flores Lopez Jr and his parents.
Left to cherish his memory is his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2020 from 1 to 9 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Crematory & Flower Shop. Chapel service will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 9:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at 10:00 AM at Buena Vista Burial Park.
