Mr. Alvear did a great deal of work on my home a few years ago. He was so dependable, so honest, so knowledgable, a pleasure to work with. My sympathy goes out to his parents, his wife and children and all who loved him. May God be very near to them and give them comfort and strength.

We were shocked to learn of Mando’s passing. We’ve worked together on a number of projects and he always had a smile on his face as well as a very positive attitude even when he was faced with difficult situations. He was almost like a son to me. Sorry but it is hard for me to swallow what just happened to Mando. …Mando, you will always be in my heart, because in there your still alive.
Elizabeth, Mando Jr, Eddie, What a painful loss, kindly accept my sympathy over the passing of your husband and father. Our heart, soul and prayers go out to you. Indeed it’s a tough time, but this too shall pass. He will forever be missed by all who have ever known him.

Armando was a great friend, I considered him my best friend. I knew him for over 30 and in those 30 plus years he stood by my side even when I was not the best person to be around. He never allowed me to feel less of a person because of the bad choices I had made. I miss those telephone conversations. I pray that his family can find comfort in knowing that he was loved by everyone who knew him. Mando was very proud of his children he would speak very highly of both of his boys, my prayers to both of them. You will be missed my brother.

Mr Alvear was a Wonderful human being. We were introduced to him a couple of years ago to do some much needed repairs to our home. He soon became like a member of the family. We could call him for any problem and he always knew the right person for the job. I always told him I wished I had met him when we first moved to the valley so he could have built our home. I will always remember his laughter and jokes. We are shocked and saddened at his sudden death. Our prayers are with you. We will unfortunately be overseas on the day of the service we will definitely be in touch when we return to pay our respects. May his soul Rest In Peace. He will be missed by a lot of people. God bless all of you. Our deepest condolences. Adeline and Danilo Asase and the family.

We got to know Armando, over the years, while he and his crew took on our many projects. He started as our contractor but became our very good friend. The world seems less bright; he will be so missed by us.
Our hearts go out to Elizabeth and all of Armando’s family.

Tio Armando , you left unexpectedly too soon and words can not explain the pain that everyone is going thru. You will always be forever in our memories . You were a hard working person whom always gave the best to his children and made everyone in the family laugh when we would all get together at grandmas . It won’t be the same anymore without you . May you rest peacefully and watch over your loved ones whom miss you very much.

    Love your Niece
