Antonio “Tony†Garcia of Brownsville, TX, devoted companion, son, brother, uncle and friend entered to eternal rest on December 3, 2019 at Spanish Meadows, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Tecoman, Colima, MX on June 14, 1959 .
He is preceded in death by his father Diego Tapia; brothers Raul Schooley and Ricardo Schooley.
Left to cherish his memory is his companion Maria Rivera; mother Guadalupe G. Schooley; sisters Ana B. Sifuentes, Christy Rodriguez and Janie Duarte; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tony lived a simple life… was happy with the love and company of his companion Maria and always stayed in touch with his mother. He also enjoyed the company of family and friends. When he could, enjoyed a nice cold brew… watching wrestling and classic Spanish movies.
Visitation will be held today, Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 1 to 9 PM with a Prayer service at 7 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Springmart Blvd, Phone 956-350-8485. Services will conclude at the end of the evening.
