Jose Quiroga Garcia, 85, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on November 5, 2019 at Pax Villa Hospice and Palliative Care surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents Jose Garcia Alvarez and Melchora Quiroga De Garcia; wife Esperanza Gutierrez De Garcia; son Mario Alberto Garcia, and his siblings Aurora Pena and Rogelio Garcia.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Alma (Enrique) De Leo, Jose Ernesto (Rosalinda) Garcia, Sonia Maribel Garcia, Laura (Aniceto) Garcia, and Victor Garcia; 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 1 to 9 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 1 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
