Amado T. Naranjo, 55, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019 at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Lazara Naranjo.
Left to cherish his memory are his siblings Irma Gloria (Sonny) Balderas, Pedro Naranjo Jr., Alma N. Tijerina, Ana N. Lopez, Marivel N. Gonzalez, Arminda N. Nava, Norma L. (Rudy) Rodriguez, and numerous nieces and nephews.
“Amadoâ€, his name says it all “beloved†he was loved by all who crossed his path. He was a warrior; he fought a good fight till the very end.
He was a courageous, strong, and loving brother, uncle and friend. He was our hero; he will be missed by all who knew him. His memory will live on forever in our hearts.
He was such an admirable man, brave, strong and of great faith: his life expectancy was 14 yrs. but God’s mercy and plan for him gave an extra 42 yrs.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 1 to 9 PM with a prayer service at 7 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. Chapel service will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
