Magdalena A. Garcia

Magdalena A. Garcia, 91, of Brownsville, TX, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest Sunday, July 14, 2019, at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Soto La Marina, Tamaulipas, Mexico on August 22, 1927.

She is preceded in death by her husband Filiberto Garcia; her sisters; Maria Arguello; and Ester Arguello.

Left to cherish her memory is her children: Leida Gamez; Juan (Paula)Garcia; Bertha (Eduardo) Rico; Hilda (Rogelio) Garza; Silvia Garcia; and Connie Mascorro; 16 grandchildren; and her siblings: Maria De Jesus Marin; Sara Wong; Armando Porras; and Pedro Porras. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2019, from 1:00 – 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Services will conclude for the evening at 9:00 PM. Funeral Services have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. 657 Springmart Blvd. 956-350-8485
