Fulgencio Garcia, 91, of Los Fresnos, TX, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest, Friday, March 8, 2019, at his residence surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Concepcion and Fortino Garcia.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Ofelia Garcia; 10 children, Geronimo (Diana) Garcia, Reyna (Jose) Rodriguez, Javier (Esmeralda) Garcia, Blanca (Martin) Moates, Jose (Navora) Garcia, Alma (Juan) Guevara, Hugo (Edith) Garcia, Saul Garcia, Fulgencio (Jessica) Garcia Jr., and Adan (Anabel) Garcia. 29 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 11, 2019 at 9 AM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church with a Mass of Resurrection at 10AM. Committal Service will follow to Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas. With a heavy heart, my condolences to all of you especially my dear friend Blanca. Due to work, I was not able to attend the services today. I do pray that JESUS CHRIST places HIS peace and comfort on the entire family because truly HE is the ONE that can see you through your loss. All of you were blessed to have such a great man as your father and even more blessed that GOD granted him so many years with all of you. Treasure the memories and Treasure your Mom. Again, I cannot take your hurt away, but I can pray for all you. Seek the Lord for comfort and remain close to each other. Be Righteous and LOVE the LORD for one day we all want to walk the streets of Gold. I know that all of you have taken care of your parents, however please do not feel offended if it comes across that I only give Blanca the credit. Blanquita you are an amazing Daughter you need to know that. The LORD saw your work and for that HE will reward you my dear friend. CHRIST be with ALL of you.
