Lorenza González, 93, of Brownsville, TX, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest on February 5, 2019, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Los Ramones, Nuevo Leon Mexico on October 14, 1925.
Left to cherish her memory is her spouse of almost 76 years Ysmael Gonzalez, children Pascuala and Celso Suarez, Guadalupe R. and Elvia Nelida Gonzalez, Silvestre and Ruth Gonzalez, Saul(†) and Narcedalia Gonzalez, Juany and Angel Gonzalez, Francis and Roberto Rodriguez, Ismael and Juany Gonzalez, Hermila (Mily) and Francisco(†) Gil, Adriana Cristina and Jose Enrique Garza, and Oscar and Irma Gonzalez, sister Juanita Garcia, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for February 6, 2019, from 1:00-9:00 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. A mass will be held February 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
